We hope to see you all at Knickerbocker Park on Wednesday, July 4 for our Independence Day celebration and fireworks show. The fireworks show is set to start at 9:15 p.m., following an evening of fun and festivity.
The Fourth of July celebration will kick off at 6 p.m. with live entertainment, games and more planned until 9 p.m. There will also be contests, which will be open to all ages, as well as prizes for contest winners.
From 6 to 9 p.m. the Slidin’ Thru food truck will sell mini burgers, and celebration attendees can make a donation of new or gently used books for Spread the Word Nevada. Additionally, the fireworks show has been extended from 10 minutes to more than 15 minutes in length, and will include contemporary and traditional patriotic songs and some pop music.
The special Fourth of July show will be created by Pyrotecnico, one of the country’s most creative fireworks display, pyrotechnics and special effects companies. Knickerbocker Park is located at 10695 Dorrell Lane, and a super-size green balloon will mark the spot. The entrance to the community is located at 7051 N. Hualapai Way, just off the Las Vegas Beltway.
