Providence is 10 years old and inviting the entire community to its party on Saturday, Nov. 19 from noon to 6 p.m. The free event celebrates and marks 10 years of the Providence Master Planned Community, which has been among the best-selling master plans in the country. Different activities for all ages will be held at all three of the community’s neighborhood parks with shuttle service provided to make it easy to park and get to each venue. The Promenade Park will feature a walking timeline of various community highlights, birthday cake and ice cream, and PD, the lovable Providence Dog seven-foot-tall community mascot. The young and young-at-heart will enjoy carnival-themed fun at Huckleberry Park with carnival rides, contests, a DJ and food trucks; and Knickerbocker Park will have live music, a beer and wine garden, food vendors, and games, including giant Jenga, Twister, Corn Hole, sack races, tug of war and more.
Join us as we celebrate the past 10 years and look forward to the next.
