The Providence Master Homeowners Association was recently presented with the “2011 Southern Nevada Outstanding Master Association of the Year” award by the Community Associations Institute Nevada Board of Directors. The award is given annually to an association in Southern Nevada with at least one sub association. Nominees in this category are judged on the association’s ability to educate its homeowners, successfully solve problems or overcome adversity, and participate within the local community. Other nominees in this category included: Aliante Master Association, Green Valley Ranch Community Association, Mountain’s Edge Master Association, Painted Desert Community Association, Seven Hills Master Community Association, and Spring Mountain Ranch Master Association.
Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations. Members include community association volunteer leaders, professional managers, community management firms and other professionals and companies that provide products and services to associations.
