Mark your calendar – it’s time to get messy. The Mad Mud Run is back!
Set for Saturday, April 21, the 4.6-mile run will begin and end at Knickerbocker Park, and wind up, over, around and through the Providence community. Participants are invited to run solo, or form teams of two or five runners.
Runners will travel a marked course, passing through multiple obstacles along the way, including the mud pit! Obstacles resemble those at a boot camp training course and are doable by the majority of people. The maximum time limit for the Mad Mud Run course is two hours.
The Mad Mud Run will be followed by the Mudpuppy Splash, a special 100-meter course designed just for kids ages 4 – 12.
