The Hidden Costs of a Foreclosed Home

Published on March 9th, 2012

During last month’s International Builders’ Show expo in Orlando, Fla., consultants and builders talked about the need to begin aggressively educating buyers about the hidden costs of buying foreclosure homes. A Los Angeles Times article on the expo explored some of the homebuilding industry’s efforts to educate buyers. Click here to read the full L.A. Times article.
